Sometimes it's hard to tell if all these skin products really work. Here's how I know this one does. Before applying any serum or moisturizer, I put the amount I want to use on the back of my left hand, then pick it up with a finger from my right hand to apply before I smooth it all over with both hands. When I finish applying, I rub the rest into the back of my left hand. I've always done this and did the same with my .5 ounce sample of this serum. After a while, I noticed that I could see a visible difference in the back of my left hand. I don't have a lot of lines or wrinkles on my face, but I'm showing my age on my hands. My left hand looked less dry and crepy than my right hand. I knew that the hydroshield was the only change I'd made recently, so I ordered the giant size. If it's doing that for my hand, I know it's working on my face, too. When I use this, especially with the Dream Cream moisturizer, I notice that my face feels softer and looks more plump and hydrated. The fine lines I'd been seeing on my cheeks are no longer something I notice or worry about. Compared to other high-end serums, this is a great value, especially if you buy the largest size. (Get a set with the .5 oz sample first, if you're not sure about it.)
A little goes a long way, so if you feel like it's heavy, try using less.
The only negative I have is the dispenser, which is terrible. It keeps the product fresh, but the pump never delivers a consistent amount.
