Firstly, let me declare that I have been a fan of Dr. Denese.
And then, let me talk about what I have encountered:
After trying the travel size I finally decided to have this huge bottle, but as I pump the bottle I found that the gel came out was tan in colour, which was quite scary. I don't even dare to apply it to may face. Pretty sure that bottle of thing had been expired, because that colour was exactly what the oxidised Vitamin C looks like, and the product, according to its claim, contains high concentrate of Vitamin C. So I just wonder the age of him. : ( I totally understand that it was an accident that the poor old bottle flipped in to my basket, yet still quite disappointed and shocked because such carelessness was not supposed to happen with my favourite brand. Moreover, when I tried to claim the refund, I started to notice that there was nothing called 'customer support' over the whole website, not even an email address, which was astonishing!!! Anyway, the price is there and they should have a better refined selling website to match their standard. Now I have only to post my experience here, wishing someone really cares their customer could respond. Although I'm not sure either if anyone would ever see this because I've never seen my reviews actually appear after writing them.
(Again, I am a fan...until now at least.)
Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
Our phone number is at the top right hand corner of the website on every page, 866-642-3754, and there is an F.A.Q. page with our email address: email@example.com. The color of the Pro Peptide Gel is a burnt orange like color. It is this color when we manufacture the formula, it isn't because of oxidized vitamin C as you suggest above. That is the color of the product as it was intended to be. There is no reason to be scared to apply it to your face. This product is packaged in an airless pump to protect the vitamin C from oxidizing. If you have any questions please call or email us. We are here to help you with any questions.
