In the morning and evening, apply HydroShield® Ultra Moisturizing serum to your entire face after cleansing and before using creams. Let the serum penetrate for five to seven minutes, until it turns matte. If you are oily or normal, apply only around the eyes, cheeks and neck. Even if you are oily, the eye area skin is almost always dry.
