After your nightly cleansing, use Advanced Firming Facial pads to exfoliate and prep the skin. For the next fifteen nights, apply your 15-day Skin Science Booster program by following two phases.
Phase 1: For the first five nights, use Phase One--the white tubes.
Phase 2: For the remaining ten nights, apply Phase Two--the blue tubes.
