What shipping options are available? 

Most orders arrive within 7 business days.  Dr. Denese Online  offers FREE standard shipping on all orders $75 and over (excluding taxes) shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Our preferred shipper is UPS. Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground.

Business Days: Dr. Denese Online orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday 4AM-1PM EST are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of day Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Dr. Denese Online is pleased to ship internationally throughout Europe and Canada. 

All International customers please call our Customer Service Representatives at 866-642-3754 to place your order. Only Domestic and Canadian orders are processed through the website at this time.

International orders are shipped via USPS (no tracking is provided) and require at least 2 weeks for delivery.

While these orders will be shipped in the same time frame as domestic orders, they must go through customs. Therefore, they may take longer to arrive.
