What shipping options are available?
Most orders arrive within 7 business days. Dr. Denese Online offers FREE standard shipping on all orders $75 and over (excluding taxes) shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Our preferred shipper is UPS. Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers. (For international shipping please read more information below)
Business Days: Dr. Denese Online orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).
Processing Time:
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped. Please also note that choosing Overnight shipping does not mean your order will ship today. We need time to pick and process your order before we ship. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of when you place the order.

International Shipping:
SkinScience Labs, Inc.( Dr. Denese-NY) ships to a wide variety of international locations*. Some products may not be available for international shipment. Just like domestic shipping, all shipping options are a flat fee, regardless of the order size. Please see below for more details:
Canada:
USPS standard: 7-12 business days $20.00
International*:
USPS standard: 7-12 business days $30.00
*International Shipping is now available to Germany, United Kingdom, Hungary, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland and Denmark.
Please note that our preferred shipper for orders shipped to Canada and all other international destinations is the United States Postal Service. Our preferred shipper to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii is UPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.
Important information for our international customers:
You are responsible for all applicable duties and fees for Canadian and international shipments. This value is not displayed at checkout, as we are unable to calculate or control what it may be for every destination. By submitting your order with an international destination, you agree to pay all applicable duties and fees upon the package's arrival.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY
It is very important to Dr. Denese that all her clients are happy with the quality of service and product they receive. SkinScience Labs will issue a full refund or send a replacement on any products returned within 30 days of original delivery (returns will include the sales tax collected at time of purchase, less shipping costs).
SkinScience Labs will issue refunds and replacements for products purchased ONLY at www.drdenese.com. No refunds or replacements will be issued for any product purchased at any other retail location and/or website.
