It is very important to Dr. Denese that all her clients are happy with the quality of service and products they receive. SkinScience Labs, Inc. will issue a full refund or send a replacement on any products returned within 30 days of original delivery.

SkinScience Labs, Inc. is pleased to ship to our customers in the United States only. We ship via UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight within the 48 contiguous United States. We ship only UPS 2nd Day and Overnight to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For International orders, please call our Customer Service Representative at 866-642-3754.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

It is very important to Dr. Denese that all her clients are happy with the quality of service and product they receive. SkinScience Labs will issue a full refund or send a replacement on any products returned within 30 days of original delivery (returns will include the sales tax collected at time of purchase, less shipping costs).

SkinScience Labs will issue refunds and replacements for products purchased ONLY at www.drdenese.com. No refunds or replacements will be issued for any product purchased at any other retail location and/or website.

In the event that you feel you would like to return any or all products purchased please follow these simple instructions to receive a full refund and/or replacement:
  1. Please locate the Packing Slip enclosed with your purchase and complete the bottom portion (Return/Replacement Form herein "RRF").
  2. Please make sure to complete the entire form including the Item Number, Item Name, Quantity being returned and/or replaced (in the event that you don't have enough space please continue on a separate sheet of paper), Reason Code (this is used strictly to improve our products and services) and a Further Action Code.
  3. Please complete the RRF and place it in the box with the items.
  4. Please enclose a copy of the original purchase receipt.
  5. Please ship all returns to:

Notes:
  • A complete return must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund and/or replacement.
  • All refunds will be issued with in 14 business days of return shipment receipt.
  • Please make sure to ship all returns using a service that allows tracking.
  • No refund will be issued for lost returns.
  • SkinScience Labs does not ship replacements to PO Boxes and/or Military Addresses.
ORDER STATUS

Please note that all domestic orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, should be shipped same day (excluding weekends and holidays). All domestic orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on weekdays, anytime on weekends and holidays should be shipped next available business day.

Once the order has been shipped, please allow 2 business days for that order to appear in our tracking system.

AFO / PO Boxes / International Orders

AFO / PO Box: Please note that at this time we do not ship to AFA/FPO or PO Boxes.

International Shipping: All International customers please check the International Page to find a local distributor. If no distributor is assigned, please call our Customer Service Representatives at 866-642-3754 to place your order. Only Domestic orders are processed through the website at this time.

Orders shipped to Canada are shipped via USPS and as a result are untraceable. While these orders will be shipped in the same time frame as domestic orders, they must go through customs. Therefore, they may take longer to arrive in Canada.

Orders shipped to the UK are shipped via USPS as well (no tracking is provided) and require at least 4-8 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your order within the noted time frame please contact us at askthedr@drdenese.com.

Please note: per federal regulations, we are not permitted to ship fragrance.
