Question: How often do I need to change the diamond tip? Is it true that my diamond tip only lasts 10 sessions?

Answer: If you never clean your diamond head, it can clog up in 10 sessions and loose its abrasiveness. However, if you are willing to clean your diamond tip, you can extend the life span of your tip to 30-35 plus sessions.
Here is what happens: Your diamond tip will clog up with make up residue, oils, exfoliated skin cells and loose its abrasiveness after a few sessions. However this is only temporary. You need to clean it with alcohol and a Q-tip in order to fully restore its abrasive properties. Your diamond tip will last at least 30-35 sessions (four months plus), even longer, as long as you keep it clean. Diamond tip and filter sets will be available on QVC.com shortly.

Question: How often do I change my filters?
Answer: Every 2-4 session is sufficient.

Question: I am unable to glide my diamond tip in one smooth continuous motion. What do I do instead?
Answer: It is best to use short, step by step motions, instead of long continuous motions. Keep skin taught with free hand. In general, the direction of strokes is lateral or upward whichever is more convenient for you. Avoid downward motions.
Start with intensity level 1. Increase intensity levels on subsequent sessions as tolerated.
Treatment sequence: Start with the neck using short, step by step strokes, while keeping skin taught with free hand. Here, we prefer upward strokes.Next: work on forehead and cheeks. Use short, step by step strokes instead of long continuous motion while keeping the skin taught with free hand. Use lateral or upward motions and cover all areas.
Finish with the eye area, above the eye brow and lip area. Use, short, step by step strokes while keeping area taught. Use lateral or upward strokes. Do not use device on the eye lids under any conditions.
